Hi I'm John, I'm glad you are visiting this website and I want to share a bit about me and Dr. Poppys. I am a history buff. A few years ago I came across a few articles on the web about the history of Cannabis & Hemp. I found it's history fascinating; from 2700 BC with medicinal and spiritual uses to how it eventually became criminalized almost worldwide. Many books later I decided to build this website in order to share the colorful and sometimes strange history of cannabis. I post links to online books and websites and articles of interest. I also offer apparel with original prints. I add one new item per week. Cheers!
