Which payment methods do you accept?
We Accept PAYPAL as our preferred payment method. You do not need to have a PAYPAL account in order to place an order. You can choose the (Do Not Have PayPal Account option) and simply use your credit or debit card to place the order as you do with other on-line vendors. Fully Secure Payment Portal. Thank you
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do. Just provide us with the recipients complete name and email address. We will send them an E-Gift Card via email within 24 hours of purchase. Available in $25.00 or $50.00 monetary values. Non-refundable
What is your return policy?

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
Please ensure that all the information is correct for your order at time of purchase. We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been processed.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you happen to change your mind just send us a cancellation request at realdrpoppys@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if we can process your cancellation. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original packing slip. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Please note that all garments need to be in original condition – products still have tags attached, are unworn and unwashed. This will be verified by our shipping department before store credit is issued.
Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping and duty charges. We are unable to offer store credit for used or customer-damaged items or clearance items.
If your return has been approved, the store credit will be issued to you in a timely manner.
Sale items are non-refundable.
